Most technical support calls are answered straight away, and last approximately 3-5 minutes (depending on the nature of the query). Rather than charge an annual support fee to existing clients, Reckon Elite offers a "Pay as you use" method for telephone support as a means of saving time and money for our clients.

As part of this telephone support, the technical support team may want to demonstrate how to use our software or have a look at your current system settings, which can be done via a Remote Support application.
