Technical Support

Telephone Support (chargeable)

Most technical support calls are answered straight away, and last approximately 3-5 minutes (depending on the nature of the query).

Rather than charge an annual support fee to existing clients, Reckon Elite offers a "Pay as you use" method for telephone support as a means of saving time and money for our clients.

For telephone support please ring 1902-222-244 between 8:45am - 5:15pm, Monday - Friday (Closed between 1:00pm-2:00pm).

As part of this telephone support, the technical support team may want to demonstrate how to use our software or have a look at your current system settings, which can be done via a Remote Support application. Click on the following link if you have been advised by the technical support staff to start a remote support session.

Please note: you must be on the telephone with the technical support team when you start the remote session, else the session won't be established.

Electronic support is assistance given by Reckon Elite to users with problems relating to our software. Users can log a support call via the web or use or FAQ database to find answers to common questions posed by accountants. All Reckon Elite products have FREE Electronic support.

Prepaid Telephone Support
Reckon Elite will provide support to all subscribers of the "Prepaid Telephone Support Service" on the following basis:
  • Each prepaid support service purchased covers one physical office site only.
  • Each prepaid support service purchased permits only one designated person (product specialist) to call the prepaid support service line.
  • Elite reserves the right to refuse the renewal of a prepaid support service if Reckon Elite deems that the service is being inappropriately used by the customer.
  • Prepaid telephone support is available during normal business hours.
Exclusions
  • Service and support with respect to the 1900 "Pay as you use" telephone support service.
  • Service and support at a customer site.
Renewal
  • A renewal reminder will be issued the month prior to the expiration date of this agreement.
  • This agreement commences on the date of acceptance by Reckon Elite. The term of this agreement is 12 months and will expire on the last day of the renewal date as recorded by Reckon Elite. The prepaid support service will not be provided outside the period of this agreement.
