14th Sep	The ATO have advised us that to enable essential system upgrades to be carried out, the production gateways will be unavailable for tax agents, as described below: Waymouth Gateway - From 8:30am to 10:00am on Tuesday 18th September 2007. All other gateways will be available during this time. Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane Gateways - From 8:30am to 10:00am on Wednesday 19th September 2007. Only the Waymouth gateway will be available during this time. Tax Agents attempting to transmit data at these times are advised to wait until after 10.00am, or to use a secondary gateway if urgent lodgment is required.

4th Jun	The ATO have advised us that to enable essential system upgrades to be carried out, the production gateways will be unavailable for tax agents, as described below: Waymouth Gateway - From 12:00 EST, Friday 8 June 2007 to 09:00 EST, Tuesday 12 June 2007. All other gateways will be available during this period. Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane Gateways - From 12:00 EST, Friday 15 June 2007 to 09:00 EST, Monday 18 June 2007. Only Waymouth gateway will be available during this period. Requests for CL, AS, and CS reports (on form RR) will not be accepted from 6:00pm EST on 28/06/2007 until 7:00am EST on 16/07/2007.

15th Feb	Due to essential maintenance, some ELS gateways will be unavailable at the following times: Saturday 17/02/2007, from 8:00am to 4:00pm (EDST) Melbourne and Waymouth Sunday 18/02/2007, from 8:00am to 4:00pm (EDST) Brisbane and Sydney Thursday 22/02/2007, from 5:00pm to 11:00pm (EDST) Melbourne Saturday 24/02/2007, from 8:00am to 5:00pm (EDST) Brisbane and Sydney Sunday 25/02/2007, from 8:00am to 2:00pm (EDST) Waymouth Agents wishing to transmit data at these times can use secondary gateways and are reminded that, if using a secondary gateway, to ensure that all reports are downloaded from that gateway.

12th Feb	A new update is available for Quicken Elite Central (version 1.7.0.0). This version enables clients to run the Quicken Elite suite of products on the new Windows Vista operating system, and also corrects some issues for clients who are running on a Terminal Server environment. 27th Jun	The ATO have advised us that they will be performing maintenance on the Melbourne gateway, between 8:30am and 12:30pm on the 28th June. This will not prevent the ability to transmit data, however agents will not receive validation reports during this time. Please don't re-transmit data until all outstanding validation reports have been received. Please note that this doesn't apply to any other gateways.

10th Mar	We are pleased to announce that Quicken (Reckon Limited) has acquired the business of Elite Practice Solutions. Reckon Limited, as you may know, is the producer of the QuickBooks and Quicken range of software in the Asia Pacific region. What does this mean for you? Quicken have committed themselves to maintain the management and staff as well as the Elite product suite, so in reality, you will be dealing with the same people and quality products that you have come to expect. Mr Clive Rabie, CEO of Reckon Limited says "Reckon is now in a position to offer a complete product suite and service offering to the accounting and tax agent industry. Elite will focus its energy and align its product range with our Quicken and QuickBooks customers." 9th Mar	Due to maintenance, the ATO has announced there will be disruptions to Dial IP services on the Sydney and Brisbane gateways today between 12:00 noon and 2:00pm (EST). Tax Agents are advised to use the Melbourne and Waymouth gateways which will be operational during this time.
3rd Mar	Please be advised that the ATO will be forwarding a bulletin to all agents advising that the Melbourne & Adelaide production gateways will be unavailable from 10:00pm 3rd March 2005 until 3:00am 4th March 2005.
